This website is operated by Karen McKenna-Quayle, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), practicing as Heart Centre Psychotherapy in Ontario, Canada.

The content provided on this site is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute psychotherapy, psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of this site does not create a therapeutic relationship between you and Heart Centre Psychotherapy.

2. Not a Crisis Resource

This website and its contact form are not monitored in real time and are not appropriate for crisis situations or emergencies. If you are in crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact one of the following:

3. No Therapeutic Relationship

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or requesting a consultation does not establish a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only when both parties have agreed to work together and a formal intake process has been completed.

Karen McKenna-Quayle reserves the right to decline to enter into a therapeutic relationship with any individual, at her professional discretion.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Heart Centre Psychotherapy or its respective owners and is protected under applicable Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

5. Privacy & Personal Information

Heart Centre Psychotherapy is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), where applicable.
